returns & exchanges

Each Morlinka product is handcrafted in small batches. While we take great care in packaging and quality control, we understand that issues may occasionally arise.

We accept returns or exchanges only if:
• The item arrives damaged, or
• You received an incorrect item

Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order, and must include clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Used or opened products
• Items damaged after use
• Custom or personalised items
